Emily joined SG Partners in 2004 and serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, where she also leads business development. Over more than two decades at SG, she has conducted searches across a broad range of asset classes and functional areas. She most recently managed the firm’s senior non-investing practice, including Fundraising & Investor Relations, C-Suite and Talent, and built and grew SG’s hedge fund and real estate practices, with a focus on senior-level searches.
Prior to joining SG Partners, Emily was a Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Lipper & Company and a Vice President in Merchant Banking at Bankers Trust. She began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Kidder, Peabody & Co.
